Why the heck you'd want to pay hundreds for a white label copy (that's not even all that rare compared to actual white label/test pressings) I do not know. Give your head a wobble.

I ordered the black pressing from TMR's site, and I'm hoping someone else gets their copy soon and enters it into the database before mine comes in so I can add it to my Collection!

Edited 9 months agoIt would be really nice if the one they sell at BestBuy is the "rare" white vinyl, but past experiences have me suspecting that what they are selling is the regular black pressing and the guy that listed product just searched "Jack White no name vinyl" on google and put the first thing that popped up on there.
I just had this happen this week with a Vince Staples record that was d as "clear vinyl" but showed up as the regular black in the mail. -

The black vinyl version will be out next month so if you can't find this in your local record store just wait till next month. No need to pay scalper prices for the blue vinyl version.

I actually love the sound of the lp. Sounds like a good old raw garage rock album. I'm quite sure the sound is as intended. It's a decent pressing too with minimal noise

Edited 10 months agoThe blue vinyl version will be for sale tomorrow at TMR stores. There were some preorders today for Friday on several indy stores websites, (they seem to have sold out online). Resident has held some copies back for sale in person Friday £32, also Piccadilly Records and probably others.
Don't get scalped. It's coming. -
Best thing Third Man can do right now to piss off the scalpers is to press this identical version again and make it widely available. The Vault subscribers still had the advantage of listening to it in advance.
