John Carpenter – Lost Themes

Just to double check, but this release isn’t actually numbered, is it?

Too bad this looks nothing like the picture on their site. I thought it was gonna be black with neon green in the middle, so was kind of disappointed when I opened it and it was all green. But it's still a great record though.

Was worried about this one after some VERY loud surface noise to start side A (even after a clean) but it quieted down. Color looks great!

This pressing is unlistenable. Not sure I got a defective one but the surface noise, clicks and pops are louder than the music. I plan to try and exchange it, but I get the sense this is inherent in the shoddy pressing...

The color is unique, it looks like souls leaving the body of the vinyl, the pressing sounds terrific.

Some whispery noise at times throughout, but generally the sound and mix are ample and resonant.

I have the original black and it’s flawless- no noise. I ultrasonically cleaned it- but it didn’t really need it.

Looks like I'm unlucky with my copy, as it has constant harsh cracking sounds throughout the entire record, on both sides. :(

My copy was almost perfectly clean from the shrink wrap. Some minor clicks and pops but sounds great in general.
Was waiting for this repress because previous ones are massively blamed for the noise and I'm fully satisfied with it.

Warning: my copy arrived incredibly dirty. Lots of pops. Had to do an extensive clean on the record. Thankfully, when clean this sounds amazing! It’s just unfortunate that to get that great sound I had to do so much cleaning.
