Automatic Cancellation Policy: Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 10 days.
I try to ship once a week (usually Mondays), orders must be paid for by Friday at midnight to be shipped on the following week. Most records will ship between 7 and 10 days from payment. Postal tracking is available upon request.
Records are removed from the outer jacket to prevent seam splitting. Both the record and jacket are put into a plastic outer sleeve.
Insurance is required for any non-United States based buyer who uses a third party to bulk ship records overseas. It is the buyers responsibility to notify me of any third party transactions.
In order to keep shipping costs low, I offer additional services upon request:
Insurance is highly recommended and is the purchasers responsibility. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit and will not offer reimbursement for damage caused by mailing services unless insurance is purchased by the buyer. Please request a quote for insurance on any purchase you would like covered.
Stiffeners are available for an additional $1 fee as they add to the weight and material cost of the order.
Cleaning with a record cleaning machine (Nitty Gritty) is available for an additional $1 per record. If you do not have a record cleaning machine, I highly recommend this additional service.
Media Mail has been taking unusually long. Please have patience if you choose media mail. If you need your order expedited, please choose priority shipping and I will do my best to get it shipped within 48 hours of purchase.
I work full-time and chase three kids around with sports nearly every night. I sell records as a hobby and to share my love of music with others. Most of the records that I sell are sold for right around what I paid for them.
