Brothers Johnson

Profile:	American soul/funk/jazz/disco band. Formed in 1975 in Los Angeles, California, USA, led by brothers Alex Weir. They both started their careers as backing musicians of Mellow Madness" (1975). They recorded eight albums between 1976 and 1988, and are most famous for their disco smash "Strawberry Letter #23" (1977).
