My brother has this version with the gp initials, I think it sounds great, even with the scuffs on the record. It sounds better than the one with ef initials on it

This is a great pressing/master, and I have most of the gRaiL versions of this record. Not as dynamic as the RL/RL or RL/LH but has a nice fullness in the midbass that they lack. If I don't reach for one my RLs, I reach for this.

I have to disagree with the reviewers below. I've never heard the RL, but this certainly bests other versions I've heard in of soundstage ad overall presence. I did not find it too bass-heavy, and my system tends to dig out a lot of bass. I think it's just about right, as opposed to some LZ pressings where I find the bass to buried too far back in the mix. For comparison, I bought a copy of LZ IV I found at a local shop the day before I received this one. It's a Canadian press from '79 (I've good luck with Canadian presses generally), and this blows that one out of the water. The GP presses are the way to go if you don't want to spend a fortune on a good analogue copy. I would certainly choose them over the 2014 Jimmy Page digital remasters.

My copy is SUPER bass heavy. The vocals leave a bit to be desired. The guitar isn’t very punchy. Fine pressing.

Probably a pressing to stay away from. Save your pennies and get a worthy pressing as this is a bit dead sounding. Not bad if you can get a clean one for $5.
