Edited 2 months agoa timeless hip-hop gem ahead of its time, with some of KRS-1's best conscious poetry; he is a 1 of 1 MC not bound to space or time .
he lives and breathes the culture, and has remained veritably loyal and true to it.
real rap heals in many different ways, and serves to uplift its listeners and performers; krs does this best by reminding us of this the divine and metaphysical that resides within all of us, and how the oneness of the human race and experience unites us all.
i think this album best represents what krs stands for; education to be more open-minded through ionate and purposeful entertainment. that's realer than real. who else was dropping this much truth and knowledge during his era? and continues to? he is an inspiration, and his influence is a burning torch meant to live on and on. peace 8)
3/8/25- krs signed my j-card in miami; that's love !
