Edited 5 years agoPorcell (of YOUTH OF TODAY fame) singing here, for what is a hard straight edge band. I can't really compare the band and the platter to anything, aside a harder and sloppier version of CHAIN OF STRENGHT/PUSHED ASIDE/HARD STANCE. As far as i know, they were banned from CBGB's (or YOUTH OF TODAY were? probably the latter, for having too many stage dives while playing…. eh, thats weird to hear but a certain point it happened, so whatever. Pick up the SCHISM Fanzine re-pressed by BRIDGE NINE and read the thing here, i dont have the will at the moment), toured a bit, influenced the Clevo kids that went to form CONFRONT/DIE HARD (pre INTEGRITY) and the call it a day. Good and dandy if you like early JUDGE as well, some of the lyrics are goofy as shit, but whatever. It's also Worth of mentioning that they had an unrelased track called "Can't Keep Me Down" of which part of the lyrics were re-used later with CONFRONT/OLF.... tribute or theft? Who cares!
