Being 57 now, I can tell ya one thing... I can sure buying "Get it Away" in 1983 at 18, and it just fucking blew me away!
-It was definitely on repeat! -
Edited 2 years agosecond best record on X Claim; just behind Jerry's Kids, and the only good SSD record ever made. everything else this band did just sucks. yes, i said it. Kids Will Have Their Say sucks. and ive tried and tried over the last 40 years. i just cant get into a band made up of a bunch of prep school mongoloid jocks that decided one day to put down the lacrosse sticks, scrawl "Straight Edge" on the back of their varsity jackets, and try to fit in with the freaks and wierdos that they used to beat up and bully just a few months previous.
regardless, this record Fucking Destroys. -
Springa in top form here! Bought this 84 @ Bleeker Bobs!! Rip off of a store in NYC(now a frozen yogurt t-what's worse?) paid 20 bucks for it. Well worth it!!!
