Fantastic extended mix of Shellshock, longer even that the one on New Order - Substance. If you love the band and this song, the 12"er is essential.

Fantastic piece by John Robie and New Order. John should get much more recognition for his immense contributions to the world of underground club culture. This piece is absolutely lovely and figures among New Order's very best.

Do these 2023 New Order 12" reissues come with codes? Qobuz does not have the 12" reissues listed at this time.
-
One of New Order’s more sadly underrated songs. I think the problem is most people have only heard digital versions of shorter edits that sound thin and lifeless. They should really hear this version: the full length mix, on 12” vinyl, at 45 RPM. They’d change their minds, fast.

My matrix A-side has no X in the matrix number. This only appears on the B-side. A variation or a mistake in the listing?
