Edited 28 days agoSpeciifically regarding the unreleased material....Wow! MY 55 year old body just time traveled back into my 15 year old heart. Each of these sounds was like seeing a new color. THAT'S how it was back then. -

I expected the worst when I bought a copy of this recently (2nd hand). But no, it’s near perfect from the off and as good as anyone could expect after a good clean. It is also (IMO) the best this album has ever sounded… -
This was the last RSD issue I bought. Constant noise through the whole album. Every 10€ record from a flea market sounds better. -
As others have mentioned, my copy was also noisy. Sounded like a "VG" at best, straight out of the shrinkwrap. -
Lots of complaints here. My copy sounds absolutely amazing. I was honestly shocked, because I am skeptical of colored vinyl, and this delivers heavily.

The pressing is awful. Hissing and popping. Unacceptable for a genre which mesmerizes with sounds rather than beats and melodies. I am almost convinced that RSD releases are becoming nothing more that an unsophisticated marketing vehicle. All packaging, no substance . RSD 2020 with its 3 unnecessary drops feels like a cd from the 00’s A couple of great songs ( records) and a lot of overpriced filler. RSD executives beware: you are destroying vinyl. Shame... -
The coloured vinyls from some pressing plants seem to be rather dirty - small particles or dust on the surface. After one or two good cleanings, playback results get better & better. -
Happy with my copy - mine has slight warps on both discs but very little crackle or noise. Good choice of bonus material from the Hades set.
