Good pressing. Some distortion artifact is there on the voice but otherwise it is very good. No issue on Trust In Me. Brilliant cover songs.
-
My personal favorite Siouxsie & The Banshees album, but definitely had the same issue with "Trust in Me." Otherwise, it's quite lovely.
-
Perfectly flat with no distortion, dropouts or intrusive pop tones. This astonishingly fantastic reimagined collection of covers still takes me away in a trance every time I play it. It’s lovely to have, I feel I need a EQ or subwoofer to get as deep into the sound. Maybe one day there will be a audiophile pressing. Until then I’ll continue to sing along with this magical masterpiece.

Edited 4 years agoDynamics and deep sound it's ok but with a lot of medium wave frequencies on vocals
Nothing reminds me the excellent sound of 2018 series copies of siouxsie which are incredible jobs -

My copy of this reissue also has three small pops during "Trust In Me", other than that it's fantastic. Hopefully the pressing plant will realize there must be a flaw in the master stamp and fix it for future releases. Honestly it didn't ruin the overall experience for me though. I'm incredibly pleased with it.

Anyone else have problems with "Trust In Me" on side one? Not sure if there's a defect in the stamper or if it's just poor quality control at the plant with excess debris. I've been through three copies so far and all have had loud pops throughout the song, all lining up with "Miles Abbey Road 1⁄2 Speed RM 30" in the dead wax.
