My copy with "Penguins Vocal" matrix does not have the Vince Lancini citation on the label - thus could be confused easily for an instrumental version. Check your matrices carefully! -
I imagined about "penguins invasion", grotesque with something horror, but not. Just wants us to dance. Simple drum beat, catchy synth-flavored taste. Done! Dance on my feel.
