Edited 11 years agoThe Blade Runner track was popularized by Ferenc's now-classic I-f mix, but for me, Pulstar is the bomb here...immersive, mental trance from 1983, with an overwhelmingly melancholy melody from Vangelis...from a few experiences I've had with playing this track, it can really provide a moment toward the end of the night when too much alcohol has taken its depressive effect and you and your audience can get sucked in. The sweetness of sadness indeed.
