The difference is the publisher credit on A-side label, "April Music Ltd." instead of "Cop. Con." Same as Miles Davis - In A Silent Way but with different press rings on labels.
The sleeve is printed with a semi-matt [low-gloss] varnish finish on both sides of the cover and is not laminated (hi-gloss finish).

Has that classic 60's sound of warmth, but the EQ is muddy and distorted. I can see why a lot of people (and even some analog purists!) say the Mofi reissue bests the OG press.
