There are two different variants of the sleeve, one glossy with Parental advisory sticker and one matte without PA sticker, both with punch out-hole. The record (labels, matrix etc) is exactly the same for both variants.

How many copies of these promos were pressed? Some say 500 copies, is that correct? Any idea?

The collectability factor might have increased had they delivered it as a 7" instead of 12".
Then the dead wax wouldn't be an issue. They should have done a little more with the artwork as well.

One thing to note about this "promo" is that it, along with its companion cassette, was distributed to retailers for them to sell. Back in Seattle in 1990, the myriad of shops I visited all had stacks of copies for sale. I would be curious if the stores got them for free.

Has anyone ever seen an original without the punch out hole in the upper left corner of the sleeve? Every single copy ever sold on ebay has it and it's mentioned in most previous sales here as well. Would make sense if they all have it I guess, since it's a promo.

You can tell they just took the 2 tracks from the Facelift remaster, the sound quality on 'Killing Yourself' is clearly not remastered. LMAO about the "Limited" to over 14k copies

A 2:31 song on one side of a 12" cut at 33 1/3??? What genius thought this was worthy of a re-release? Meanwhile the 30th anniversary of Dirt seems like it was given no special treatment in its re-release. God sometimes I really hate record companies.
