In of sound quality - this is as good as anything. It's the original UK stampers on quiet, heavy vinyl. The capitol canada pressings are outstanding (up until they began using the US Capitol masters).

Interesting - I purchased red colour variant, identical label, no dead wax markings, mono, not knowing it's unofficial. Sounds good, but now I think the colour record store in Ireland I bought this from doesn't care about source, reflected in the lack of info about the product.
-
Contains the U.K. Please Please Me album minus I Saw Her Standing There and Misery, replacing these 2 with From Me To You and She Loves You.
-
No Parr's Printer logo because the image is cut sharp on the right. The square box containing "Featuring She Loves You" must be complete.
-
The year is listed as 1967 but if it's the 6000 series, T-6054 was released February 3 1964. Can anyone else confirm this?

Very odd pressing, as Side 1 is in Mono and Side 2 is in Stereo. Great sound nonetheless. This uses the British mixes. -
please submit photos of the labels! so we can figure out the pressing. There are many orange labels pressings.

What appears to be JC etched in the runouts is, according to The Lacquer Channel, in Toronto, a mastering engineer who worked there back in the day. His name was Neil Carter. -
Always check the 6 o' clock position of the Rainbow label to see if it's an original or a reissue.
"The first label variation on which Beatles records were pressed was the classic black label with a rainbow color band. This variation of the Black Rainbow label was first issued in the early sixties (T-6018) and has a glossy label. The perimeter print shows the word CANADA without brackets. This label variation was kept until 1966 where Capitol Records of Canada was re-incorporated to Capitol Records (Canada). Labels then had the CANADA in brackets, making it easier to differentiate early sixties pressings from late sixties repressings. This label was used for Beatles records until 1968 where they switched to their own label called Apple Reords." [source: capitol6000 dot com website]
