Notes
No sooner had Hollywood Records come up with their own, unique Classic Queen compilation did they follow up with this companion compilation (again for the North American market) called, confusingly, "Greatest Hits". Its track listing and band career span covered broke the convention of the original EMI "Greatest Hits" compilation that had been released some eleven years prior (including in the USA).
Warning: This 1992 version should therefore NOT be grouped with the original EMI Greatest Hits compilation from 1981!
To make things even more interesting, both "original" EMI "Greatest Hits" collections were subsequently re-released as the "Greatest Hits I + II" double-package in 1994 -- including in North America.
All tracks are the album versions of the songs, except "I Want To Break Free" which is the single remix.

Great sounding compilation just has to have enough filler to stretch out that runtime. Just pack a single disc full of the best stuff man. -
This compilation was/is phenomenal!!!! MAJOR release in of all "music home videos"! It was released simultaneously as the audio companion of the exact same selections of songs in the same running order with the 1992 North American Hollywood Records Burgundy Artwork Cover! Both that c.d. and this, "music home video", have a booklet that comes with incredible liner notes and pictures of the single sleeves! I've NEVER seen a "music home video" come with such incredible pioneering packaging! Totally better than anyone else I have ever seen to that date and for many, many years to come. To this day in the year 2022 it has never been put on any type of disc! Laser, d.v.d., or blu-ray! This is the only place to get these, "short promotional films", in their original forms (not formatted for widescreen) and in their entirety where they do not segue from one into another! Those things were and are cool for what purposes they served at their time of releases on, "Greatest Flix I", and "Greatest Video Hits I", but can only be found this way here to this date!
