7'' records go in good quality cruciform or envelope mailers with stiffeners.

I ship using the International ONE STOP STOP (IOSS) electronic postal system which contains the DisCogs purchase number and IOSS VAT No and the product No / code for vinyl records, CD's or tapes, all as required by the country of purchase to prove import duty and VAT was paid at source. This speeds up customs clearance and proves duties were paid at time of purchase. This should avoid any extraneous custom duties.
