Discogs now charges an additional 9% on shipping charges. We've had to slightly raise charges due to this and we have no control over these charges. However, Discogs automatic shipping calculator is not always accurate with mixed format / high value orders. If it doesn't look right, please us for an exact quote - it could be considerably cheaper :o)

International orders are now open, however, please note that if items get sent back to us due to customs issues, we will only refund the price of the item and not the shipping. Also, as we are a ed VAT business, we mark all orders with their accurate contents and value. Please don't ask us to declare the value as lower than it is.

If discogs says we can't ship to your country please just message us as we can see if we can work it out and give you an accurate shipping cost. The reason we dont have a lot of countries listed including AUSTRALIA is because tha price changes so much depending on value and size so we cannot work out a standard shipping policy but are happy to do it on a case by case basis.

We ship everything tracked/tracked and signed with sturdy professional packaging materials. We don’t profit on shipping. Please don’t ask us to send without tracking - it protects everyone.

Unsealed records are shipped outside of the sleeve to prevent splits.

We are a physical record shop open Monday to Saturday 10am - 5pm. We usually respond to Discogs queries within our operating hours. We try to delete items from our Discogs inventory when they are sold in the shop but on rare occasions (usually exceptionally busy periods) there can be a slight delay and occasionally items are out of stock. Please bear this in mind.
