I playgrade some of the records. Especially when there are visible marks/scuffs/hairlines which may affect the playing ability.

CD: I usually don't grade jewel cases because they are easy to replace. But booklets, inserts, digipak and digibooks will of course be graded.

LP: According to the goldmine grading scale.

Every disc/record/vinyl is washed carefully with vinyl cleaner before shipping.
