If an item is returned due to customs whims, if you'd like it re-sent you need to pay postage a second time.

Availability:
All stock shown is also available in our actual shop, so there may be times when items have sold in the shop before being removed from Discogs by the next inventory . We try to maintain the accuracy of the stock list but cannot always guarantee availability of items ordered. Please bear this in mind when ordering from us.

Shipment:
We ship to America, Europe, Africa, Oceania & Asia by ed mail. Our shipping rates are listed automatically, but if you want to order a bunch of records get in touch and we'll work out the best price. All orders will be shipped within 4days of payment being received. Your trucking number will be provided after shipping.

Grading:
We visually grade all of our inventory. Let us know immediately if you have an issue with our grading and we'll work with you to make it right.

Returns:
Returns are only accepted in cases where we have sent the incorrect record. In order to be eligible for a refund we ask that returned items come back to us in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were originally shipped. We will pay return shipping costs if the wrong record was sent.
