If you are interested in ordering larger quantities of records within the EU, please ask for rates. In some cases DPD or Hermes is the cheapest way to ship. Unlike Deutsche Post, these carriers calculate costs depending on size, and they include inurance automatically.

IMPORTANT FOR TRACKED SHIPPING! IN CASE OF DAMAGE OR LOSS YOU MUST TO FILE A REPORT WITH THE DELIVERY PERSON/POST OFFICE ASAP! This is the only way it works. Your local post won't reimburse you, but the paperwork from your end is necessary for the reimbursement from the German post. This is the only way to get the money back from the German post!
