We think that an Excellent rating should be available on the listings.As far as it does not exist we add in the description when concerned. Full refund for any item that will be found not as d.

We usually grade visually except for the items that seem to have some problem.We listen to them and if they play fine all the way we list them.Otherwise there they go to the recycle bin. Cassettes cannot played so they are graded by guesswork.

Grading represents the condition of the disc itself,artwork (booklet - back sleeve) & cover (in case we are talking about cardsleeves & digipacks).Plastic jewel cases,may have some acceptable wear & we try to replace any damaged or really dirty ones.

Paypal is preferred. Other options are bank transfer - ed shipping only(with an extra charge of 3.00 Euros on top of each order for bank expenses(*unfortunately greek banks still charge this for each & every transaction,even EU ones).

We don't ship to Australia due to the lack of parcel tracking system in this country. Australian customers please me for ordering options

As soon as we receive your order automatically we will send you an invoice stating your grand total and our payment information.We will wait for 4 days to receive your payment as long as it has been established a communication. If that does not happen or if you do not respond we will cancel the order.

We will fully refund any item that was found not as d. Whatever does not satisfy you can be returned for complete refund. Please don't bargain for a partial refund for keeping the "unsatisfactory" item. It is our policy to refund only upon receiving back an item. We will also refund any lost in the mail item if it was send with ed mail.

DISCOUNTS

As you can notice I don't use the "Make an offer" button. The reason is that I try to have the cheapest prices for each item and condition so i don't see the point. PLEASE do make discount offers only if you're willing to buy in bulk. Thank you
