Minimum order is $19.99 because of the cost of shipping materials and the time it takes to properly pack items. There are no exceptions.

All records and CDs are from my personal collection. Most were purchased new and only played once or twice if at all. Often a new record was purchased, opened to see if there were any problems and then filed before even playing it. They have been carefully stored vertically on Kallax shelving in my smoke-free home, and rarely moved.

I always take the records out of the covers so they don't split the covers, unless they are sealed. If they have those dreaded hard card stock inner sleeves (usually printed) I put the records in new Sleeve City anti-static sleeves. I ship double LPs in custom manufactured whiplash style shipping boxes. Singles usually go in standard 13" x 13" record mailers with extra cardboard.

I WELCOME OFFERS OF ITEMS OVER $50
I do not use the "make offer" function because Discogs does not have a method for the seller to counter-offer--the offer is either accepted, rejected or ignored. If you are interested in making an offer, you should message me with your offer. If we agree on a price, I will change the price and let you know so you can purchase it. I will ignore or refuse low-ball offers and they risk getting blocked. A low-ball offer is 25% off or more. If I lower the price for you, message you to that effect, and you do not respond within 24 hours, I will raise the price back to what it was. If you honestly think I have something priced too high, feel free to explain.

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS
I can offer a discount for multiple items. Message me with a list of the items you are interested in and an offer. Once again, a low-ball offer is 25% off or more.

PRICING
I base my pricing on what similar condition records are being priced at by others and try to offer them for less. I do take into consideration what items are selling for in Europe, which is often higher for some artists than in the States.

GRADING
Everything is visually graded and guaranteed to be as described. I only play-grade items if I see something that might be a problem. If you are not happy with the item me within 10 days or receipt and I will either offer a discount or take it back and refund you money. If I made a mistake on the release/version or an obvious grading issue I will pay the return postage.

I rarely list items as mint unless either sealed or the record is in perfect shape and I know its never been played. If in doubt, I list them as NM. I tend to leave any original price stickers on the records if I purchased them used. They do not bother me so I do not attempt to remove them for for fear of damaging the cover or the label. (also some people like them and see them as part of their history--it's kind of cool to have a $2.98 price sticker on the back of a 50s record--note they did not shrink wrap records in the 1950s).

IMPORTANT: If you have any questions about the condition of an item, please ask before making an offer. Going into a negotiation about price assumes we are in agreement about the condition of the item. I will be more than happy to confirm condition of something you are interested or play-grade an item. It's impossible for me to play-grade everything.

NOTE ON SEALED RECORDS
No returns on sealed records that have been opened. If a record is sealed, it is assumed to be in Mint or Near Mint condition. Be forewarned that there are sometimes manufacturing defects on new sealed records that I have no control over and I have no way to replace them. Buy them at your own risk.

PAYMENT
Payment is due within 4 days of your order. Your order will be automatically canceled and you will get negative if no payment OR COMMUNICATION is heard from the buyer within 4 DAYS.

PHOTOS
I will provide photos of items listed for $50 or more if requested. Message me and I will take the photos and either email them to you or message you via Discogs a link to a webpage with high-res photos.

SOME PEOPLE....

Please do not ask us to sell and ship outside of the Discogs interface, or commit customs fraud by changing the declared value on overseas shipments. That says a lot about one's character and ethics. You will immediately be blocked.

Sales tax is a fact of life. Please don't ask me to not charge it or adjust the price to avoid it. I have to pay it, so you get to, too.

Standard shipping is by USPS Media Mail. Media Mail in the US comes with tracking.
