1. Buyer pays shipping. Price includes shipping supplies. We DO NOT ship outside the United States. All orders over $75 are insured for FREE. If your order is under $75, and you would like it insured, please send an additional $4 to our PayPal. Please mention in the "additional instructions" section that you would like insurance, at the time you place your order. We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged orders, if you do not request insurance. Additional shipping fees may be included for multiple item orders.
2. 12" Vinyl records are shipped USPS Ground Advantage. CD's, 7" 45's, DVDs, and cassettes, are shipped USPS Ground Advantage. If you prefer a different USPS Shipping Method, please let us know in the "Additional Instructions" section at time of order. Please note, additional fees may be added.
3. Orders are shipped to the verified US PayPal address ONLY. Please let us know in "Additional Instructions" section, if you would like your order shipped to a different address.
4. Orders are shipped within 2-4 business days upon receiving payment. Record Store titles may take a bit longer.
5. Orders CANNOT be canceled once they are marked "in progress".
6. Any orders not paid for after 10 days will be cancelled, and negative will automatically be left to buyer.
7. CD jewel cases are not graded, and are shipped in original cases. Please specify if you would like a new case. ALL Used CDs are shipped OUTSIDE the jewel case in a separate paper sleeve, with protective cardboard on both sides.
8. Used 8-tracks, cassettes, and VHS are visually graded, and are NOT play tested.
9. Used vinyl will be shipped in a poly sleeve, and on the outside of the LP jacket. This prevents ring wear on the cover, as well as seam splits during shipping. All 12" records will be shipped in LP mailers with cardboard pads for extra .
10. Due to potential manufacturing defects, we NEVER list sealed vinyl as MT. However, item is presumed MT.
11. ALL sealed product is assumed MT and actual pressing in the listing. Since item is sealed, we have no way of confirming.
12. If there is an issue with your order, please allow us to make it right, before leaving a negative review.
13. Please note that since we are brick and mortar store, listings may sell in our shop, and may not be removed from our inventory in a timely manner. In that rare occurrence, orders will be cancelled for any unavailable product, and payment will be refunded. This rarely happens, but it is a possibility.
14. Local pick-up available in Indianapolis. Please mention in the "Additional Instructions" section at the time you place any order, if you prefer this, and shipping payment will be refunded.
