We ship orders Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5pm Pacific Time, except for major postal holidays. The deadline for same-day shipping is 1:00pm Pacific Time. Find your rates by location, format type, and number of units below. Buyer pays all shipping charges. Discogs now collects sales tax in all states where required.

-International Customers-

We enclose an actual invoice with your shipment and do not falsify customs valuations.

*Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.*

-Quality Control-

For any items that are factory sealed we will not be responsible for an item's condition unless you ask us to open and inspect it. Even though incorrect, defective or damaged product is very rare, we highly recommend that you allow us to inspect your item before we ship it. Just let us know by writing INSPECT in the "Additional Instructions from Buyer" box and/or in the "note to seller box" when paying via PayPal.

If there is something wrong with your record that could only have been seen by such inspection, and you did not request it, we will not be responsible for it.

Also, many LP buyers prefer to have the disc shipped outside the jacket to minimize damage to the jacket. If you have requested that we inspect the disc, then we will pack it outside of the jacket.

-Shipping-
Your record will be packed tightly to avoid movement during shipping. We understand that you want your LP's to arrive in the condition described.

*Please note: It is the buyer's responsibility to watch the tracking (when available) and be aware of attempted deliveries. Any unclaimed packages returned to us will be reshipped as long as the buyer pays the shipping cost. If you do not wish the package to be reshipped we will refund you the cost of the product only.*

-Shipping & Handling Rates-

U.S. shipping is free with the purchase of 4 or more items. Free shipping is via USPS Media Mail.

FedEx domestic and international shipping is available upon request. It is more expensive but has guaranteed shipping time, better tracking and some insurance.

Some box sets weigh more than just the quantity of individual media units contained, and as such are subject to different shipping costs.

USPS First-Class Package International:
Using First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times.
Tracking guaranteed only within the United States.
No tracking in the country of destination
Not insured.

USPS Priority Mail International:
Typically takes between 6 and 10 business days.
Includes door to door tracking.
Includes insurance up to $100 at no additional charge.

-Insurance-

In an effort to ensure that your item arrives safely we self-insure all our packages and build that cost into our shipping & handling fees. Nevertheless, if you wish to buy your own insurance, you may. Simply ask us to include insurance prior to payment.

-Returns-

Before packing, everything possible is done to ensure that what is shipped to you is correct, in good shape and exactly as described. However, if what we ship you is not as described or arrives damaged, we will promptly exchange it for a new copy that is correct.
Returns for any other reason than our error, damage, or not as described must be in the same condition as sent and are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee plus outbound freight (regardless if it was added at the time of purchase or was “free shipping”).
