For the purpose of shipping double albums count as 2 records, triple's as 3 records….

All items are carefully packed and shipped within 4 to 5 business days, after payment received.

We are not responsible for damages caused by postal service.

Returns are at the buyers expense.

SEALED ITEMS: As it was never opened i can not guarantee that the record is flat or flawless

Please have in consideration that we do not update the store every day, but we try to.

The records are visually graded, but always heard before the sale is done.

1) Returned items.
Parcels unclaimed by the clients (post office or customs) shipped back to us, additional shipping costs will need to be paid for by the buyer to re-ship the item and no shipping cost will be refunded.
Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping fees if an item returns as an unclaimed package. The returned item will be put up for sale in our shop again unless the buyer requests it to be reshipped at their own expense.

1.1) Non-delivery / Returned item fees.
Non-delivery of items must be reported within 28 days of the order being placed.
Parcels unclaimed by the clients (post office or customs) shipped back to us will be refunded (minus shipping costs and/or any customs costs, -15% restocking fee) only if the items are returned in their original condition.

2) Delivery times.
All delivery times quoted are based on CTT Portugal guidelines.
We have absolutely no control over the length of time it takes for an order to arrive at your address.

3) Covid-19 delays.
Due to disruptions from Covid-19 and potential shipping carrier delays, there’s a chance your package may arrive with a significant delay.
Rest assured I’ll keep you updated along the way as I get new information from the carrier. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions.

4) Receiving Damaged Item
If an item turns up damaged during the transportation, I cannot be held responsible but will do what I can to help.
You must immediately present the article, mailing container, wrapping, packaging, and any other contents received in damaged condition and/or with missing contents to you local Post Office for inspection.

5) VAT not included, only where applicable.
