CD's:
The Jewelcases are not included in my grading (this because replacement cases are readily available), unless it's important to the release - hype-stickers, info printed directly on the case.
Only inner-sleeve/back-sleeve and cd's are graded. Jewelcase will be sent along with the CD, but in different condition some like new other very scratched. Ask if you want to know the condition of the jewelcase, a new jewelcase can be added for a surcharge of 1.35 eur per CD.
I try to be as accurate as possible in my grading - but mistakes can occur - please me in case of any disagreements; We will find at solution.

CD: I only sell CD's graded between G and Mint, everything below G I do not have for sale. I've played all the CDs by myself (except Mint sealed), so I know they play perfectly. All CD i sell play perfectly no matter what grading it got.

Vinyl: Grading is visual, unless otherwise stated in the description. The vast majority of the records I sell are clean, but it's always a good idea to clean before playing them.
