I grade records and sleeves to the best of my knowledge, ability and standards that I developed for myself during many years of collecting and enjoying music. These standards may differ with somebody else's standards, so please do not hesitate to ask for pictures, I will send them gladly. Also the grade for sleeve is visually determined. I will not accept any complaints for sleeve condition. That's why you should ask for pictures before you buy. I can do the sound check if I have time also, except for the never played items. I will accept returns in some cases, if I made such agreement with buyer. But note that I will NOT PAY FOR THE RETURNING SHIPPING COSTS. These costs are always on the buyers side. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. I will always do my best to prevent any misunderstanding and to keep my buyers satisfied.

I send all my items with tracking information, but please note that some countries don't tracking, or don't scan shipment on time or at all in some cases, rarely but possible.
