1. JEWEL CASES: Some jewel cases in this CD collection may sustain minimal damage or wear due to handling and/or storage. Since they are notoriously easy to damage, jewel cases (standard or otherwise) are NOT considered during the grading process with the exception of packaging that is an integral part of the artwork itself (ie; digipaks, card sleeves, etc.) or otherwise custom designed for the title. It is generally the buyer's responsibility to replace jewel cases (I will very rarely replace them).
2. DISCOUNTS/REFUNDS: We do NOT offer refunds unless it is found that WE have erred. Discounts and/or partial refunds are offered at OUR discretion.
3. MEDIA: No matter the condition of the case or inserts, almost all CD media for sale will be VG+ to MINT and NEVER played. This does not apply to vinyl.
3. PROMOTIONAL: PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE ASKING FOR ADDED INFORMATION/PICS. Though not always stated in description, most of the CDs in this collection are promotional (inherited from a former music buyer for record stores). Most CDs in this collection- even those that are sealed - will likely contain "punch-outs", gold stamping, and other promotional/NFS identifiers (please inquire if not sure before asking for pictures, which require added effort).This does NOT apply to vinyl.
5. SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please make sure that your shipping address is correct when ordering! If your address is different from the one listed in the Discogs or Paypal system, make sure you send that information along with your order! Buyer assumes all financial responsibility for errors resulting from incorrect/incomplete shipping information.
6. MULTIPLE ORDERS: Multiple orders from same buyer are automatically combined under ONE postage fee (postage fee adjustment may be necessary to reflect added items).
7. PRICES: Prices are market driven and subject to change at any time prior to ordering.
8. SHIPPING COSTS: Buyer pays shipping and shipping related costs (this includes, but is not limited to, VAT/Custom charges for territories outside of the U.S.). Every order comes with automatic tracking (tracking number provided). International buyers will receive TWO tracking numbers.
