*All items are visually graded unless mentioned otherwise. Any record that we play grade will be thoroughly and precisely cleaned with a VPI MW-1 Cyclone RCM and will be mentioned in the listing's description. These records will then be played and tested on my beautiful, well taken care of Technics 1200 MKII that are calibrated,balanced, and leveled. Cartridges used for play testing are either an Ortofon Concorde Pro S or Shure Whitelabel (Jico aftermarket from Japan). Needles are always cleaned and properly taken care of.
*Runouts are ALWAYS confirmed. We will not list a record if the runouts are not identical to the version/pressing.
*CD/Cassettes grading: standard jewel cases aren’t graded as per Discogs grading guidelines as they are "replaceable" (also see next paragraph for a more thorough explanation to my policy). Only the media, booklets, inserts, posters, liner notes are graded. CD's will not be cleaned prior to shipping to avoid any superficial marks left from a microfiber cloth.
As per Discogs grading guidelines, "Standard Jewel Cases: Standard Jewel Cases are not graded as they are replaceable."
Sometimes a jewel case will have a crack, hairline, whatever because that is how it was when we acquired it which means this is how you will receive it. We will not mention whether or not the jewel case has a defect so if you need a perfect jewel case then we suggest that you buy from a different seller. CDs/cassettes are always wrapped in bubble wrap for shipping purposes, but if the jewel case is cracked then, again, this is the condition we acquired it in.
***We will say "og inner sleeve" in the description of a listing only if the record comes with the original inner sleeve. If a record comes without an inner and/or outer sleeve then that is how you will receive it because that is how we received it when we acquired the collection. Thank you for understanding.
*Once an order is paid, no changes or additions can be made so make sure you are done shopping before you pay.
***When an item is graded VG or lower it means that it has some scratches/surface marks/wear/etc; We do not offer refunds on VG records as they are damaged with scratches and or warps and sold at a discounted rate.
