Please note, since I have to state the customs value in an online form now, the insurance will just cover the amount that is stated on the form.
All customs duties are your responisbility, as are charges by customs offices.

IMPORTANT!
Please check the records right when you get them and if there are damages, ask the post guy to file a report/ claim for damage while transport.
The chance is close to zero to get a refund for damaged stuff when you receive the stuff and just message me some time later and tell me like "Oh the records arrived dumped, please send me a refund" This is definitely not the way things work.
So:
1. Check the parcel for outer damages.
2. If there are damages, tell the post guy abt the damage, open it and check for the damages.
3. Take pictures with your cam or smartphone.
4. Tell the post guy that you need to file a dispute and reject the receipt.
5. Get your billet for a claim, if the post guy does not want to do this, ask for his name, so I can report him to the post aswell.
6. Message me IMMEDIATELY, state me the damage, send pix to my e-mail address (Same as my paypal)NOTE: The more infos you can supply, the better.
After this, I will open a dispute here at the post referring to your claim at your post station/ post delivery guy.
It can take a while, but be certain I will get you your money back.
I never ripped a customer off and never will.

PAYMENTS:

Payments have to be done within 7 days!
If I don't receive the payment after 7 days, I will cancel the order and ban you from further orders.
FURTHER I DON'T ACCEPT PAYPAL PAYMENTS WHICH ARE MADE BY S THAT ARE NOT IDENTICAL WITH THE MEMBER THAT BOUGHT THE ITEM. I don't care if it's the paypal of your husband/wife, friend grandmother etc.
Also I don't accept paypal payments if the delivery adress is not the same as stated on discogs.

Should there be something wrong with your order, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me first instead of giving negative immediately. I can find a solution for any problem.
