I restrict my posting of orders to twice per week; Monday afternoon and first thing on a Thursday morning but sometimes I can post earlier.

Main Point: I will message you every step of the way about your order.

UK buyers – all shipping is totally free and is sent by Tracked 24 using Royal Mail.
Non-UK buyers – all shipping is a vastly reduced rate yet sent by International Tracked by Royal Mail if your country permits that combination. If not, it will be International Signed For mail so a signature on arrival is required unless you have a PO Box number.
EU & Australian buyers - I fully conform to IOSS requirements and other mailings integration which shows that all taxes have been paid. I have not had any issues with double-taxation since this system settled down (well over 2 years now).

Orders made separately but before I mail will be combined into the one package to save time and resources.

I am in the UK. If you are not in the UK and your border customs decide to investigate the package, you will need to pay them any tax or duty to release the item to you. This is normally only where your order exceeds the tax/duty free level for your country.

USA buyers might well experience a new tariff on its arrival in your Customs area so you must be prepared to pay that to receive your package.

All EU countries will charge VAT on most, if not all, purchases which you will have paid within your order and is then paid to the relevant authorities, but not by me. I do not receive that money. As much as that VAT data is electronically integrated before posting using IOSS, I will also attach a Discogs-printed VAT invoice to the outside of the package and I will clearly declare that VAT is fully paid (photographic evidence taken too), so the process through your customs should be as speedy as possible. If your border authorities do not accept that, you will need to pay any further charges as your parcel generally won’t be released until payment has been received, something which you must challenge with them in the first instance.

For non-EU orders, if your purchase incurs local sales tax, you will have paid that within your order but that is then paid over to your revenue collector so I do not receive it. It is seamless for you and for me, but it has to be paid.

I remain fully responsible for your order and its safe delivery until it is in your hands. If there are any issues with delays or damage, do let me know and I will resolve the situation quickly. It is the service you have paid for from me.

The only returns I accept are when an item is damaged in the mail or the item is not exactly as described. Please take photos and email them to me then send it back to me and I will refund you in full including return shipping once it is received back to me.

Be aware that a CDr is not a factory-pressed CD so it might not play on your CD player because not all players are the same. If you buy a CDr then you accept that it might not play on your player. It might play on mine but the chances are that I do not have the same player as you.

If you change your mind about an order before it is shipped and wish to cancel, I will refund your payment in full but politely ask that you pay me my lost PayPal fees (approximately 4% of the total) via PayPal.

If I have to cancel a paid order due to my mistake, I will refund you in full and I will apologise for my error.
