PLEASE consider the value of your item before you choose your desired shipping option. On orders £20.00 & over, select the ‘Tracked’ shipping policy. We reserve the right to cancel any orders not sufficiently represented with the appropriately selected shipping policy field.

OVERSEAS POSTAGE & HIGH RISK COUNTRIES

For overseas shipments all parcels are sent at buyer's own risk unless you purchase insurance and tracking.

All goods/items that are shipped uninsured will only be shipped at the buyer’s own risk.
If you are not willing to accept these then please do not place an order.

All records (LPs/12”/7”) are shipped in PVC sleeves.
All records shipped are separated from the corresponding sleeves.
Quality mailers are used with added heavy duty cardboard stiffeners (2 or 3 dependent for added protection).
Fragile tape surround and Disc-connected return address labels always provided.
Proof of postage obtained on all deliveries, Royal Mail/Post Office D&G session numbered ID receipt obtained.

RETURNS:

Goods which customers are not satisfied with can be returned up to 30 days after purchase, for an exchange, or for a full refund.
Please us first before returning any goods.

PAYMENTS:

Payment methods by PayPal, BACS, Cheques and Postal Orders.
PAYMENT only in GB£ (Sterling) please.
Payment by bank transfer (BACS) is preferred.

GRADING GUIDELINES & HELP:

Grading used on Discogs are the Goldmine/USA system.
All our items are graded to UK Record Collector guidelines, these are generally stated in the description provided.
The Discogs/Goldmine grading’s submitted are based on the nearest equivalent.

Photographs can be requested of any items that you are specifically interested in.

Please note that we sell on several platforms.
All listings on platforms are different/separate items etc, no dual listings are undertaken.
