most records are second hand but have been looked after but id always rather communicate and send pictures of item before sending if customer wants best for
both parties.
my aim is to make the customer happy but if there's somehow there's a issue and a mistake gets made I will do my best to rectify immediately it will always be a honest mistake and try and work it out before leaving a bad review.
