US Buyers, I normally offer Media Mail from Canada, however this is temporarily suspended due to the tariff issues going on with our countries. I have heard too many stories about problems at the border so for now, US orders also will be processed through Canada Post. Once things normalize again with this issue I will return to using USPS Media Mail for US bound packages.
Also Note: I only offer sales through Discogs to Canada and the United States. If you are from a country other than those two and still want an item I have, email me (@ the end) and we can talk about it.

1. Shipping Rates:

Buyer assumes all shipping costs & cost of mailer/packaging. Unless otherwise noted, all monetary figures are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD). If you want to know the conversion rate to your currency, calculate it here. Minimum order $20 CAD. Order cancelled after 4 business days of order placement and non-payment of order including shipping (which is separate from the order). You will be given at least one reminder of this before it is cancelled.

I don’t like and certainly don’t understand, Discogs’ new method of automatic shipping. I'm old & cranky and don't feel like figuring it out, so all orders except those to the United States are sent through Canada Post. US Buyers, I live close to the border and normally cross it monthly for groceries & other reasons. When I do that, I don't mind bringing your order with me and sending it from Niagara Falls NY using Media Mail. The only catch is, I only do this monthly so if you place an order and want the Media Mail rate, you may have to wait a week or two. I usually do this the last week of every month. If you don't want to wait you can just tell me and pay for Canada Post shipping and it will be sent right away, or cancel the order. Stay in communication with me and advise. Please message or email me (best) before you order to work out what the total amount will be. info is at the end. When you PayPal me the shipping, only use the Friends & Family option.

February mailings have occurred. Next mailings to US addresses will occur sometime around March. 30. Note: Mailings to all other countries processed through Canada Post can be done within 48 hours.
I will be away from Feb. 24 - March 23, and away from my inventory. As such, any orders place in that time period will be processed after I return.

On Canadian orders, I mark the delivery option as "Leave at Door, No Card." If you are worried about porch pirates or other issues I can change these options to "Card for Pickup" or "Do Not Safe Drop." But unless you tell me differently, I will keep it set to "Leave at Door, No Card."

International.
Email me ahead of time for rates. Rates are typically $35 - $65 for 1 12” vinyl record and more for multiple discs in same mailer.

If you do not read my Seller’s and click on the sale expecting to get free shipping, you are mistaken. Sometimes PayPal will let me add on shipping, but other times it does not. You may send a second payment to me that covers the shipping (which I will advise you of), but if you do not want to pay for shipping, then I will refund your payment. Discogs & PayPal seem to be refunding the whole amount without any charge to me, but if that changes I will deduct that charge from what you sent & refund what remains. Read my Seller’s before purchasing, as I advise from the outset. It will save some headache. Not my fault. Read my Seller’s !

All payments, including shipping, must be received within 4 business days otherwise I will cancel the order.

2. Accepted Forms/Methods of Payment:

Though I will accept PayPal, my preferred method is bank e-transfer; Canadians especially, please consider this option. Additionally I’ll be happy to take cash. 3. Guarantees:

All used records are visually graded according to Discogs' posted standards. Items listed over $100 will also be play tested (unless they are sealed). Items for sale are guaranteed as they are listed in the ad to the point of my hand-off to shipping. If it arrives different from the description or damaged, email me. Sealed albums are assumed to have perfect discs inside. Transactions not completed within 4 four business days will be automatically cancelled, and negative Buyer may be left.

A word about 'Mint' condition. As there are many opinions about what qualifies as Mint and whether it is actually real or not, I've chosen not use this descriptor unless the item is sealed, or unless I note otherwise.* So if you see 'Mint' listed, interpret that as Sealed. Caveat emptor however, that it is possible for sealed jackets to have discs inside that are in less than perfect condition. The Buyer assumes all this risk, with no refund if it is discovered to be less than perfect. This is rarely the case, however I am making you aware of my policy. *There were and are some albums produced that were never sealed by the Label. Albums in my inventory in this condition and which I did not acquire directly from the label will be marked NM. Discs which are in this condition and which I got directly from the Label so I know they have never been played, are marked 'Mint' but with a line in the description that the album arrived from the Label unsealed directly to my possession. Yes, I guess you have to trust me, but I wouldn't lie. In case it's not obvious, it bugs me when something is labelled Mint and it's not.

4. Fee Avoidance.

Talking to other Sellers, there seems to be a trend of some unscrupulous Buyers to falsely claim an item isn't as it was advertized. They then go on to demand a refund with an implied threat of a bad review. I carefully rate all items I sell before listing them and am usually more conservative in my assessment so I can avoid these kinds of problems. So please don't try to be one of these Buyers. If there's a legitimate problem, calmly message me and be graceful; we will work it out. Know that I do not submit your Buyer rating & until after the item has arrived and I see that you've left me a positive Seller review. That is done purposefully so that if you go kamikaze and post a smear review, I still have the option to write a review of you as a Buyer. But I sincerely hope it doesn't come to that. I am honest, and I hope you are too.
