Shipping Policies:-

Items will be sent out the following working day after payment has been received.
Bank Holidays and Christmas Holidays the post office is closed, if orders are placed during this time, items will be sent out when the post office re-opens after payment has been received.
Orders will be posted to Discogs Shipping Address only. I use Royal Mail / Parcel Force to ship both in the UK and internationally.
Records & CD's are sent out in cardboard mailers with cardboard stiffeners inside. Marked up Fragile.
A Double LP (x2) Records counts as 2 items when calculating postage costs. Packaging costs are included in postage fee's.
All records are double checked before shipping (Condition, Catalogue number etc) Records which are not sealed are cleaned before shipping as well.
Please Note - I list and grade record's during daylight hours and under natural light. As part of my Discog's internal order process, I catalogue photo proof of items sold and dispatched.

I will hold the order for up to 4 days maximum awaiting payment. If no payment has been received at this point the order will be cancelled. Once you have committed to buy, all prices & shipping costs are fixed and are not negotiable. I do not accept returns on any orders.

If you are not at home for delivery, it is the buyers responsibility to re-arrange delivery or collect your order from your local delivery depot. I'm not responsible for items that could go missing if they are returned to sender. Please note, in the UK Royal Mail will hold a parcel for 18 calendar days, after that the parcel is then returned to sender. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. If an item is damaged during transit, lost or missing, it is the buyers responsibility to process a claim with the delivery courier.
If a buyer decides to return an item, the return shipping fees and any other incurred costs are at the buyers expense.

International Customers: If ordering from outside of the UK. Please note that sales VAT is usually added to your order total automatically by Discog's, this can be seen on the order page. Some countries will request VAT to be paid before being released from Customs. There may also be additional customs import handling fees to be paid upon delivery. Unfortunately, sales VAT, customs handling fees / DUTY etc... are all completely outside of my control. These fees are the buyers responsibility.
If the International customer uses a parcel forwarding service. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. If an item is damaged during transit, lost or missing, it is the buyers responsibility to process a claim with the parcel forwarding company / courier.

Note - Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST) -The Australian government imposes a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) on transactions where the Buyer is located in Australia and the Seller is located outside the country. A 10% tax is added to the order and paid for by the Buyer. The tax is added to the total of the cost of the goods plus shipping. In short, the Buyer is charged 10% on the purchase price plus shipping, The Seller is invoiced for that amount.

VINYL GRADING:

Mint (M):
Perfect in every way. Never been played, possibly even still sealed. Usually new stock direct from the record label.

Near Mint (NM/M-):
A nearly perfect record / CD, might have a couple of extremely minor hairline scuffs / surface marks, i.e from removal of vinyl from sleeve and should not affect play. The record should have no more than the most minor defects visible. Sleeve may have the finest crease or very light wear only.

Very Good + (VG+):
The record will show some signs of wear from previous owner and have slight visible scuffs & may have extremely light surface noise on quite parts.
Sleeve may have slight seam splits & creasing only.

Very Good (VG):
Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft ages & intro with multiple fine scuffs but will not overpower the music otherwise. Sleeve may have tape repair to seem splits, creases, stickers on & discolouration.

Good+ (G+):
The record will have significant surface noise and many light scratches and visible groove wear but is still a playable copy without skipping. Sleeve will be heavily worn with tape repair to rips etc and heavy discolouration.
