Customer is responsible for broken CD (as its no my choice ) if they shipped WITHOUT case, i am doing best and packing it very well, with 1-2 cardboard stiffeners ,it still happens for approx. 2% of orders, buying more than one cd CAN prevent this , as its harder to bend them in sorting centre .
Customer have 4 days to make payment ,if not you will get automatic NEGATIVE by systemm

Having issues with shipping to Italy and Brazil. both from time to time missing orders,late deliveries
Brasil takes very very long delivery... 4 customers received orders in 2-3 months.Sorry but i doing my best :(
