I Am by Earth, Wind & Fire is a masterclass in soulful disco and funk perfection!
The A-side is unstoppable: from the triumphant horns of “In the Stone” to the euphoric anthem “Boogie Wonderland,” every track hits with precision and ion.
The harmonies are lush, the grooves are tight, and Maurice White’s production is absolutely pristine. “After the Love Has Gone” offers a moment of soulful vulnerability that balances the record’s energy perfectly. This is one of those rare albums where everything aligns – timeless, powerful, and endlessly replayable. -
