Sealed in old style with vertical shrink overlap visible on back.
Inner sleeves are printed and contains the updated cat# on front bottom center of sleeve (printed in white on black rectangle).
Labels are also printed but are different ones than on Tool (2) - Opiate.
Name of the band and record title appears on spine.
Side B is double cut.
Track B1 and B2 recorded New Year's Eve 91/92 Jellö Loft, Hollywood, CA.
