The spine mentions title 'Do You ', which is actually not a track on this CD Maxi Single, nor on the Gold Compilation, but another track from the album Sweet Dreams, which came months later that year.
Some copies may have an additional post manufacture sticker around the center hole of the disc with text: "Test Sample, Not For Sale, Europe Optical Disc®".
