First copy with tip-on sleeve. Original copy has a spine wraparound (not a tip-on). The mixing is quite different from the Keel pressings beginning in early 1970s.

Orange banners on sleeve.
This MGM Custom Pressing Division pressing has a label layout with large "STEREO" to left of spindle hole and does include "726 St. Peter New Orleans" address above spindle hole.

Recorded on October 18, 1964, at the Tyrone Guthrie Theatre, at a concert arranged by Jass, Inc.
