The UK -1U ‘KEV ARTHUR’ pressing is it! Beats out both the US ‘SR/2’ pressings and UK ‘Allen’ pressings, to my ears.
The instruments feel more open and separated here. It sounds more natural and “right” to me. -

I have this version, matrix and everything exactly the same. BUT: My version has center label "side 1" twice and no center label "side 2" - so, this would be a misprint? Has anyone heard of a similar misprint? Thanks bop7 -
My original USA Jet/UA copy with SR2 in the dead wax make my speakers swirl around the room. Jeff Lynne and co. are geniuses of musical innovation. Timeless stuff I first heard as an 7 year old in the 70's, summers by the pool....in the the big city! -
I did not know that it had been edited in colored vinyl.

I have this in mint condition (never played), 1977, UAR100 with "SPECIAL EDITION BLUE VINYL" sticker. I'm planning to sell it but don't see this version listed. Anyone know what it's worth? -
