Berlin based Beste Modus imprint comes back with its 4th release, a solid 4-track EP from the Beste Crew including Cinthie, Diego Krause, stevn.aint.leavn and Ed Herbst. We start things with 'Precious' from Stevn, a hard-hitting house track driven by a stabby synth that bounces gently across the track while the heavy and gritty percussion turns the track into a late-night warehouse groover. Next up we have the talented Cinthie with 'For The Ladies', a proper house gem defined by smooth filtered pad stabs, an intriguing vocal cut and a proper old-school warm baseline that will instantly get you movin'.

On the B side we come across a more researched and particular sound. First we find 'Urban Bias' from Ed Herbst, a proper journey track characterised by the heavy kick, dark baseline, deep emotive pads and a 303 top line which gives it an acid smooth touch. Last but not least we come across 'Unite' from Unison Wax head honcho, Diego Krause. The track is a classic 4/4 house track with some techno flavours defined by some nasty tribal percussion on top and a catchy vocal cut. Play this one loud at the warehouse on friday night and you'll see the reaction :)
