Mercury Record Manufacturing Company pressing identifiable by "MR" etch in runouts.

First US stereo pressing:
- No producer credit on labels. A similar repress has a producer credit on the labels Blue Cheer - Vincebus Eruptum
- Textured and embossed sleeve with purple Philips shield on front cover. The textured ripples are white and can be distinguished from represses where the textured ripples are dark, like Blue Cheer - Vincebus Eruptum
- Augustus Stanley Owsley III credit for poem on back cover. Later pressings like Blue Cheer - Vincebus Eruptum cite simply 'Owsley'.

"All selections published by BMI" on back sleeve.

Both stereo and mono cat #s, 'PHS 600-264/PHM 200-264', are given on the jacket rear, upper right.

Original inner sleeve is standard plain white paper

My original ‘68 pressing is in near perfect condition and it sounds great. All4Vinyl described it perfectly. I love this album.

Superb pressing. Raw. Primal. Vivid. Just like the music! Paul Whaley's drumming is so intense... one of my favorite records

What a epic slab of proto metal fuzz! I hadn’t listened to this in many years as I thought I knew it like the back of my hand.. well if you are in the same boat do yourself and favor and give this a spin. I cleaned my record real good and man it sounded so full and dynamic. Only 6 songs but they are all killer no filler. Oh yea and it must be played loud!

Wow, I didn't know this was so rare. I got a sealed copy of this pressing from a thrift store for a dollar. Great album, by the way. I can see the influence it had on modern stoner rock. The fuzz on those guitars is beautiful.
