Notes
Outer sleeve is a deluxe matte/glossy sleeve with spot glossing over all pictures (barring the image of DG on the front) plus the red 'depeche mode / live ...' on the front top-right (which carries over onto the inside cover) plus the barcode and catalog number on the rear of the sleeve. Stiff printed inner sleeve, entirely glossy on black side, glossy border on otherwise matte 'hand' image side.
