Does anyone know why the year on the back of the vinyl cover reads as 2012 if it is supposed to be a 2015 press?

I have a version with the matrix / runout M3S6
It has a sticker on the jewel case with a picture of fists and the words "Includes Stricken, Just Stop, and Guarded"
There's also a number on the sticker 2-49433 (#1)
Lastly, there is gold print on the front of the insert that reads,
"For Promotional Use Only
Sale Or Other Transfer Is Prohibited
Must Be Returned
On Demand Of Recording Company".
