Just picked up a NM copy of this pressing… Holy Fuck! It’s good, really good! The guitars are HUGE and the kick drums are thunderous. Woulda been cool to hear Jason’s bass parts… if you find this one at a reasonable price it’s definitely worth the price of ission.

""E A S T" faintly embossed around Side B and D spindle hole". I can find only T embossed on side B, not any other letters embossed on any other side.

Does anyone else's copy of this also have a "H.W" hand etched from the factory in the deadwax? My copy matches 100% all this info in the runnout matrix but also has that...

HOLEEE SHITE this mofo sounds killer. The machine-gun kick drums on "Dyers Eve" are gonna put a hole in my wall. You can really hear the results of Lars' aim to have an album with virtually no mids, just highs & sub bass. #justiceforjason

I have a supposed US 1st pressing of this but the 2nd record has the same label on both sides. I don't see this mentioned anywhere on discogs as a misprint or error. I hope i didn't get a fake. Anybody heard or seen this error before?

Edited 2 years agoLadies and gentlemen, the prize for worst sounding kick drums goes to... first heavy metal record without bass guitar
:-D
A real bullshit sound in comparsion with masterpieces like KILL´EM ALL or RIDE THE LIGHTNING.

Need help. I have a 1998 US pressing but missing the 2nd inner sleeve, the one with the credits. I have the lyric sleeve. If anyone wants to sell or trade message me or reply thank you
