The jacket on this release, like other First Record releases, is a thin sheet of paper on each side covered inside and out by a thin poly sheet. Great graphics and actually titled "Led Zeppelin IV". The lyrics for Stairway to Heaven are printed on the liner in same font and layout as US version's inner sleeve.

Similar Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin IV" varies per cover color, size and font of "STEREO" at top and variation of liner text at bottom that includes numbers at bottom right of liner.
Both versions used the same Monarch pressing.
