Note that Korn, with MTV, started a competition with this album, in that they were asking fans to design an album cover. 5 different pieces of art work were chosen in the end. This release features the artwork by MTV Cover Contest Winner Alfredo Carlos.

Is that one just a duplicate entry of this? I have a variant that seems like it could fit with either one. The only thing I have to go by is just that the hype sticker on the case is on the bottom left like with this one. I don't know if they were all placed in the same location, though.
